It's never too early to start thinking about your post school options.  You can attend Career and Tertiary Expos, University and College open days throughout the year to find out more information.  Most students start by doing personal research on the internet, experiencing a work placement & making an appointment with our Guidance Officer.

School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships

School -based apprenticeships and traineeships (SATs) allow high school students, generally in Years 10, 11 or 12, to work for an employer and train towards a recognised qualification, while completing their secondary schooling and studying for their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) and/or Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR).
