Embedded within the Paddling Academy is a specialised, elite pathway which may lead to prominent representation at sport-specific national and international events. The program is coordinated by State, National and World Championship competitor Sharon Kyme, who is a Level 3 Coach.
The Program is enriched with external connections including Olympic competitors and Gold medallists. Crucially the XCELerate Paddling Academy also provides students with a life sport and a safe and ecologically friendly recreational outlet.
Students do not have to have any prior paddling experience. We welcome anyone to come and have a try.
