Instrumental Music Program
The Elanora State High School Instrumental Music Program is a comprehensive tuition program in which students learn orchestral or band instruments. It provides an extra dimension to our school music program with a focus on instrumental performance and ensemble playing.
Students receive weekly instrumental lessons in small groups and work together in our dynamic school ensembles: the string orchestra, concert band and stage band. Our passionate music staff work hard to create exciting and fun learning opportunities such as yearly instrumental music camp, local primary school tours and regular public performances.
Students in the Instrumental Music Program perform at a range of school ceremonies, including the Annual Awards Night, they compete annually in the Gold Coast Eisteddfod and Fanfare competitions.
