All students who wish to enrol need to lodge a completed Student Enrolment Form prior to attending their enrolment interview.
Documents required are:
- Identification - Birth Certificate or Passport
- Court Orders (If applicable)
- Latest Report Card
Enrolment applicants are required to complete all documents in the application pack.
Forms can be printed and filled out or completed digitally. When completing forms digitally please ensure you save a personal copy before sending.
Completed forms can be handed in at reception or via email
