Study Tour Programs

At Elanora State High School we have multiple study tour programs throughout the year ranging from 1-4 weeks at a time.

Elanora State High School offers many diverse, culturally rewarding programs for our International students to have the opportunity to emerse themselves in Australian culture, develop their strengths and talents in the academic and showcase their social and sporting skills to our Elanora students.

Elanora also look forward to our annual Study Tour groups from Lizen High School in Taiwan and Yokosuka in Japan.
Our school community enjoys the cultural exchange between all the staff and students and homestay families and our Elanora Buddy Program is very successful with providing our International Visitors with support and guidance throughout their stay with us.
Our Elanora Study tour program help students to gain a better understanding of Australian culture and lifestyle. It is beneficial if you wish to continue with further studies in Australia as a Study Abroad or Graduate student through EQI.
Our Study Tour Programs usually include:

• ESL (English as a Second Language)

• ESL Teachers are qualified teachers, lessons are fun and educational.

• Special activities like Australian art, dance, music, boomerang painting, Australian dance and dooking are also available, where you can make Australian ANZAC biscuits, lamingtons and even kangaroo burgers!

• Sport Activities are always included in Study Tour Programs. Students may enjoy AFL (Aussie Rules) skills and coaching class, baseball, t-ball classes, basketball and badminton.

• Lessons with 'school buddies' are also part of our study tour programs.

• Currumbin Wildlife Excursions- where you can cuddle a koala and have you photo with kangaroos

• Day Trip to Byron Bay

• Zumba Classes

• Australian Animal Reptile Show
