QLD TAFE Information
TAFE Queensland - Gold Coast Region offers practical Diploma and Degree Programs, commencing Semester 1, 2018.
 
  • To acknowledge Gold Coast and Northern NSW school students’ commitment to their high school vocational studies, they offer Year 12 students the opportunity to apply for Direct Entry for post Year 12 study.
 
 
  • TAFE Queensland are offering Scholarships. You can achieve your goals with the help of a $5000 scholarship and the key dates are as follows:
    • Open: July 17 2017
    • Close: August 31 2017
    • Study: Semester 1 2018
 
  • TAFE Gold Coast have released their courses for 2018. For more information refer to the attached TAFE at Schools flyer. Students are reminded that if they have already used their VETis funding, then these courses are fee-for-service (prices in flyer).
    • HOW TO APPLY: Expressions of Interest (EOI) applications can be submitted online below(Code - TQGC1801).

Work Experience with Defence
  • The Defence Work Experience Program is offering placement opportunities for female students interested in an Aviation or Engineering career at their Air Force Tech Camp, held at RAAF Base Amberley from 4th to the 8th of September 2017.
  • Applications Close 9 August.

Calling all Expressions of Interest for the First Peoples Aspirations to Health Programs 2017 (21st - 25th August)
  • The annual First Peoples Aspirations to Health Program (FPAHP) 2017, is in its 4th year since its conception. Griffith University's First Peoples Health Unit is seeking your Aboriginal and Torres Islander Years 10 and 11 students to be a part this program.
