​Teenagers and transitions: a survival guide

One of the biggest transitions in a child’s life is moving from primary to high school.

It can be a time full of fun, excitement and new experiences, but can also be challenging and worrying for some children and parents.

Would you like to find out more about how you can support your child during this period of transition?, what you can expect during the teenage years?, recognise when something may be wrong and how you can help?
